7-20 March: Lead follow-up and host pipeline reset

The focus shifted toward organising leads, host meetings and competition delivery requirements.

This fortnight was lighter on product shipping and heavier on pipeline organisation. The important work was turning scattered conversations into clearer follow-ups, trackers and competition delivery requirements.

Product

  • Reviewed product gaps coming out of host and user conversations.
  • Added backlog focus around judging workflows, case release reliability, individual/team registration, jobs filters and event sourcing.
  • Started turning meeting notes into clearer product and operations action buckets.

GTM and operations

  • Followed up with leads and shifted more attention toward host onboarding.
  • Organised investor and enterprise documentation.
  • Updated competition trackers and internal ownership.
  • Continued society and host conversations, including early interest across multiple university groups.

Next

The next priority is getting back to a tighter operating cadence: daily recaps, faster backlog execution, clearer delegation and more consistent follow-up on the best leads.
