CaseCrest reset around follow-ups, product backlog clarity and upcoming competition delivery.

This fortnight was about getting back on top of the operating system around CaseCrest. The backlog, lead list and delivery requirements needed to become clearer before the next product and GTM push.

Product

  • Clarified work needed on jobs filters, graduate roles, judging workflows and case release reliability.
  • Scoped an individual/team toggle to support more flexible registration paths.
  • Identified academic event sourcing as a way to improve discovery and reduce the cold-start problem.
  • Continued turning meeting notes into product changes, action items and out-of-scope ideas.

GTM and operations

  • Followed up with key university and society contacts.
  • Organised professional-network outreach and connection request follow-ups.
  • Planned additional event and competition sourcing.
  • Continued developing host-facing guides and operational materials.

The next block is about shipping the highest-impact fixes, processing meeting feedback into the product, and moving from broad outreach into actual competition delivery.
