4-17 April: Manual competitions, proposals and pushing past MVP stage
A clearer MVP -> MLP path emerged through external competition support and marking improvements.
This fortnight moved CaseCrest closer to a minimum lovable product. The work was split between product improvements for competition delivery and more structured proposals for partners and sponsors.
Product
- Shipped manual/external competition support so CaseCrest could list opportunities even when they were not fully hosted on-platform.
- Continued work on individual/team registration flexibility.
- Continued filtering improvements for jobs and roles.
- Improved marking rubric structure.
- Processed a large batch of built up admin into consolidated notes -> feeding into product and operations follow-ups.
GTM and enterprise
- Continued professional-network follow-ups and meeting outreach.
- Created proposal and deck material for partner conversations.
- Worked through enterprise value positioning and sponsorship angles.
- Kept society follow-up moving across priority universities.
Next
The next priority is delivery: support live and upcoming competitions, keep university follow-ups moving, and keep converting user feedback into product improvements.
