18 April-1 May: Society follow-ups and competition delivery - finally going full time on CaseCrest!
Big push for chasing clubs and societies, live competition support and host-facing materials. Going full time on CaseCrest by end of month!
This is a big step for myself, being able to full dedicate myself to CaseCrest opens up much more leverage and flexibility to dedicate my brain space, energy and resources towards progressing the missions and building CaseCrest. It's a privellege and an exciting opportunity to be able to do this.
This fortnight was about moving from general interest toward delivering on competition requirments in real time.
Also just going through the GTM motion - following up with societies, support upcoming competitions and create enough materials for hosts to understand the offering which is currently a very manual process (which is fine).
It's an incredibly manual process and the GTM playbook for global expansion needs to be refined. It's okay to do things that don't exactly scale but it does become tiring.
