2-15 May: Admin, judging and registrations

The platform became more reliable for real competition operations across judging, submissions and registration.

CaseCrest

This fortnight was one of the most important product-hardening blocks so far. The focus was making CaseCrest more usable for real hosts running real competitions, especially around submissions, judging, admin and registration.

Product

  • Improved email delivery reliability.
  • Expanded competition admin capabilities.
  • Improved submissions, scoring and auto-finalisation flows.
  • Overhauled judge assignment, judge workspaces and judging exports.
  • Added support for host-uploaded submission files.
  • Fixed live brief assets and submission asset handling.
  • Improved individual registration, leave-registration paths, team pages and announcements.
  • Tightened signup/register auth error handling and registration UX.
  • Added team auto-assignment for individual competitors, preview flow improvements and admin team improvements.

GTM and enterprise

Enterprise research and deck work continued, including partner-specific thinking for larger firms. Professional-network follow-ups, competition research and guide/social content planning also continued in parallel.

Monetisation of CaseCrest is always something relevant but that is a tricky endavour without appropriate scale of our user base.

Next

The next block is about polish and scale: exports, richer discovery, jobs/SEO, presentation scheduling, host analytics and the first serious marketing cadence.
