30 May-15 June: More growth in 1 week than in 6 months
Alot of work when it comes to startups is delayed gratification, the outreach, product development and countless user tests culminate in mesaurable progress many months later - we had hit 1k users at the start of the month and 2 weeks later almost hit 2k users.
Product
- Scoped competitor tools that improve the case competition experience (individual users focus)
- Defined host tools that automate more admin work, with presentation workflows as an important focus.
- Continued code updates and user interview outreach.
GTM and growth
The June growth goals are more explicit: finish contacting societies across Australia and New Zealand, publish more guides and social content, refresh any competitor analysis.
We also began offering 15 minute mentoring sessions for all users competing on a case competition on CaseCrest - it's great talking 1:1 to users but also finding out what resources they're looking for.
Current focus
Continuing to flesh out the product for hosts later down the managment pathway, this includes submissions/marking, scheduling presentations among other small quality of life tweaks.
Also a big push for resources which I keep mentioning but haven't gotten around to.
