Competitions + notifications stabilization (MVP 1.2)

Competition and events flows stabilized with portfolio and profile refinements.

CaseCrest

MVP 1.2 continues to focus on serving students and host reachout/managment is more bespoke. It also delivers a range of bug fixes and enhanced functionality.

Feature updates:

  • Competition core updates across competitions pages plus admin overview and registrations
  • Notifications improvements with portfolio and profile refinements
  • Events flows expanded and stabilized
  • Migrations and SQL updates to support competitions, notifications, and portfolio changes
  • Follow-up fixes for competitions and events UX

A larger scope has been established as well to serve a wider user base overall and aims to build something that delivers genuinely value to students and creates more opportunity.

  • More competitions and events means more opportunities for students
  • Students don't miss opportunties and the barrier to entry is reduced by centralisation
  • NPS currently sits at 3-4 (very bad) so that needs to be raised, 2 points by better UI/UX, another 2 for a streamlined host function and 2 more is when genuine student value is created through attendance of these events, i.e. recruited, learning or inspired.

Ultimately every student globally will use CaseCrest, the TAM is ~300 million (APAC, Europe, North America).
