Heavy user testing, GTM plan and focus for Feb

GTM, marketing and plans for growth along with current user testing trajectory

CaseCrest

GTM update here.

Right now the platform is in a stable state, I'd say 90% done with a few tweaks and a lot of testing and bug fixing remaining. (done in regards to current pipeline for MVP 2.0 ambitions)

However, for this to scale aggresively and reach that crtical mass/number of users. The GTM function needs to be accelerated, which I can do by brute forcing outreach (hitting max linkedin connection request caps last week) however expanding beyond that and having system generating traction without as much effort is key.

Marketing is the way to achieve this and pumping out high quality content that is educational, shows outcomes not features, paired with relevant trends (visual, audio etc) are essential.

Addimitedly, I do not have signifcant experience here, however replicating what works well is likely the best way to go - of course adding the CaseCrest spin to it.

In regards to user testing, this has become a source of motivation for me, hearing such positive feedback and connecting with others I never would have if I didn't build casecrest is enormously rewarding. I'm extremly grateful for this.

I'll continue to focus on the user, meeting their needs and building something that helps acheive my north star #number of students helped.
